GASP. i wish i would have known when i got my camera that a lot of lenses aren't compatible with it. But it doesn't autofocus like the kit lenses do, so you have to focus it manually. I weighed the pros and cons of this and determined that a $300 difference wasn't worth the autofocus. Plus I will be able to better my skills on manual focusing (as I have none of those skills whatsoever).<br><br>That being said, I have purchased the lens, but it is not in my possession, I had my dad test it out (i'm away from home) and he said it fit just fine, but he couldn't figure out how to focus it right.
