Wow, thanks for sharing the music video that’s just impressive!! He has sooo much talent! Also glad to see another piano lover, I don’t find very many pianists out int he world, it seems.

I guess one of my piano “goals” is to learn all of Chopin’s Etudes and Preludes…I don’t know how feasible it is. I’m working on the Winter Wind Etude off and on (more off than on). The thing that seems to hinder me is the fact that I’m self taught and haven’t had any formal lessons until I started college almost 2 years ago. It’s getting there though. I’d say a few more months and it should be ready for performance…I hope. I have never paid much attention to competitions, but I would like to watch one some day, or at least attend a concert of some sort. I’m can’t do it myself, I’ll have a heart attack and die on stage.

Hey, just catching up on your blog i love this piece, i also play but lately life has been too hectic for me to learn a lot of the pieces i want so i amuse myself by watching others lol
did you catch the Cliburn competition a few weeks ago, i was blown away by Nobuyuki Tsujii the blind pianist from Japan, i can’t believe he is only 20! i remember reading you liked chopin (my favorite), this is him playing Twelve Etudes
