Look for the small things nobody notices in life and grab any good opportunity thown at you. Keep a good attitude not caring how other people judge you. Follow your instincts when making decisions.(if it's not an important decision flip a coin.)
1.Maintain an average body weight for your size and eat healthy(Eat a walkman sized portion of food-unless it's rice or soup-you can eat to your heart's content if so.And avoid anything with MSG-monosodium glutimate, aspertame, or a chemical you cannot say ten times fast.)
2.exercise regularly.do a 1/2 hour to an hour walk or jog.Get a paper route if your having trouble with this. But if the pain is in your ankles, feet, legs or hips, try to take it easy don't strain yourself.(get a smaller paper route.)30 papers is a good number, but like I said if the pain is from the hips down you may want to go 15 or less.
3.Take chances, and remember you only live twice.Once in your heart and once in your dreams.
As for the chronic pain,do not see a doctor. 1.go to a health food shop and ask the lady at the desk if she could diagnose you.
Or diagnose yourself on where the pain is and search for a natural way of healing yourself. you might be surprised to find an answer.
Hi Tellie, It's great you have shared what's going on in your life. Your post was not depressing--you were only sharing what's happening.
I'm sorry to hear that you have to deal with this situation. It is hard and frustrating. I have chronic pain and autoimmune disease and went through many doctors to find what was going on with my body. For example, it was an ear, nose, throat specialist who first diagnosed my TMJ disorder (jaw joint disorder--usually a dentist makes the diagnosis)! You never know what doctor might find the answer!
So, don't give up. Sometimes you have to see a few doctors before finding the one who can see what's going on. It's not an easy process, but if you continue to search for answers, you will eventually find the answers--and maybe find a way to relieve the pain so it's not so horrible.
If you ever need someone to talk to, please drop me an email.
Take it easy and have a great day, and thanks for sharing, Sher :0)
I'm glad you expressed your feelings in this blog. I've had situations in the past where I knew something was wrong but the doctors couldn't find out what it was. It was very depressing and draining...especially anything that deals with chronic pain. In the end, they were able to figure things out, but the process sometimes took a while and was hard. I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. I will say a prayer that they find out what is wrong soon.
Don't give up they will figure it out. If you don't already try keeping a journal of your symptoms. Also don't let them tell you it is all in your head. That is just code for "The smart doctors ego has been hurt because he can't figure out what is wrong"
I know that has to be hard not knowing what's going on with your body. Hopefully sooner or later some doctor or routine test will figure it out. Keep your head up!
Hi Tellie, I would be getting a second opinion then. It may not have anything to do with your blood at all. It could be something totally different.
Okay I am not sure what your illness is because I have never been here before, and I am glad I am here now, Amen! My name is Jodi and I am now disabled and have to pretty much walk with a cane when I am out and about going for a short distance, when I am in a big store ie: Walmart or Meijer, I have to use the powered scooters. But I went through 3 doctors to find out what was wrong with me. They finally found out after my third doctor that I had 2 cysts on my spine two disks that had to be fused and on top of that, are you ready for this? I also have Spinal Arthritis, Degenerative Disc Disease, Spinal Stenosis & Fibromyalgia. So please don't settle for this, get a different opinion. I will be praying for you sweetheart and God bless.
I am not one to give advice but if it were me I would be looking at the all the positives and dwell only on them. There is nothing wrong with you now according to the doctors, so go with that good news and live your life in its fullest day by day. This is what I try to practice because one never knows when he/she will be leaving this existence. I hope the next picture I see of you will be with a big smile on your face. I know you have a pretty smile that needs to be shown off. Keep that head high and look adversity straight in the face and tell it to get behind you!
i am sorry to hear about your situation, i hope you get to find what is bothering you, hopefully, doctors will get to find out what that is, otherwise, it is hard to cure something we do not know about.
That sounds frustrating. I'm sorry about that. I kind of know how that feels. When I got admitted to the hospital because I fainted right after I got out of bed, they did several tests but still didn't know what's wrong. I was scared. Up till now, I still don't know but thank goodness I haven't been to the hospital for about 2 years now although sometimes I still get that certain feeling that I get right before I pass out.
I am so sorry that is happening to you. My mom had weird symptoms for many years, until they diagnosed her with Fibromyalgia. I am still not convinced that is really what she has.
