I have once, it’s made breaded with panko bread crumbs and fried just like you would fry chicken.

The thing that makes it unique is the sauce. You can make it yourself, but it’s much easier to just buy it from the store.

I think you mean it’s Tonkatsu. I love Pork Tonkatsu too! I used to eat that every chance I get (which was like at least once a week), I haven’t eaten this for sometime now. The picture looks good and now I’m seriously craving for one. *drools* LOL.
