Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

This is not the first time I have participated in a Not me Monday. Okay, it is. So what? I lied.

For an attention-challenged person like me, life is not a never-ending game of hide-and-seek.

I did not wake up the day after the fourth of July to discover my wallet was MIA (missing in action). I have not still been searching for my wallet over 24 hours later. And I have not come to the conclusion that my wallet is officially lost because that would just be too wonderful. I have not placed a block on my debit cards either because I know I will find that stupid wallet wherever it may be.Nope, not me!

I keep up with everything and am a very organized person. So organized in fact that I did not wake up this morning to discover my phone was hiding. And I did not find it in the fridge. After not finding my phone in the fridge I did not decide to empty the fridge out in search of my wallet I did not lose. What kind of person loses things in the fridge?

And I would like to note that I did not type this while eating a bowl of cereal, and I did not spill said cereal into my lap because I never eat while I’m on the computer! Nope not me!

  • The day after July 4th, I too was looking for my wallet in the fridge. It got turned in at the grocery store, though. Very grateful! My four year old lost my can opener many months ago, however, and it has not yet turned up. Maybe it's with your phone?

  • Now this sounds like me big time, I seem to lose and misplace things from time to time. Now I;m afraid to keep my phone in silent mode :P
  • It's all familiar except the phone in the fridge, that is anew one to me. I hope you find the rest or else you better make some hasty calls tomorrow.
  • I must confess, I often eat my cereals and drink my glasses of juice while I at the internet. Though I've never done that while typing my blog posts.

    As far forgetting things goes, I went crazy looking for my car keys yesterday, just before work. Getting late,panicking and loosing my patience, I accidently spilled water from my flower vase over my uniform shirt. Adding to the delay and getting ready all over again, I got lucky when I opened my washing machine to drop my wet top. My car keys had run a washing cycle and were waiting in the washing machine for me to pick them up.

  • I feel like I am always losing my stuff too! Yesterday I spent a good 20 minutes looking for my phone and my hubby had it in the truck the whole time!
