Color Me Katie

What awesome blogs have you discovered? Every once and a while I come across a blog that knocks me off my socks. I’ve been secretly lurking Katie Sokoler’s blog Color Me Katie ever since it first started. Now and again, I will comment. But for the most part I just look in awe. Her blog is just full of wonderful ideas to make the world a shinier, happier place. It is a one stop shop for smiles. I plan on recreating some of her ideas, once I get my hands back on my Nikon. Her blog is just fawesometastic!

15 days into a self-hosted wordpress.

I just entered in one of ThePioneerWoman’s contests for a Nikon 50mm 1.4 lens (it’s much better than the aforementioned lens but about twice as expensive). I’m sort of excited about since I just posted about wanting a lens badly.  My chances of winning are slim though.  Thousands of people have already entered

In other news I am liking the transition I have made from blogger to a self-hosted wordpress I have been at this location for exactly 15 days and am finding the response phenomenal.  My traffic has probably been more these past 15 days than in the entire 3 months I spent on blogger combined! (Minus the blog party day).
